Went out to get some supplies for our camping trip next month. We are going to North Carolina, near the Ashville area and the Mountains. We are so excited to see North Carolina. All the pictures look so beautiful.
My husband hasn't been camping and he is not really thrilled with the idea of it. So we will be staying at a camp site in a cabin. The cabins are really cute from the pictures on the brochure. There is also catch and release fishing on the premises. We got our fishing poles today! Wayne isn't overly thrilled with the idea of fishing either, but says he's willing to try it.
While we were out shopping for camping gear, I also was looking for a griddle for my kitchen. I found the perfect griddle at Sam's Club. The griddle is a Wolfgang Puck brand, and it's designed very well. It is reversible and has a grill on the other side. The griddle also comes apart for easy cleaning and the cooking top part is actually safe to go in the dishwasher. I can't wait to try it.

Hope y'all have a wonderful trip. The Asheville area is great; Teresa and I went there for our anniversary last year. You will love it.
