I'll call you back!

June 9th we stopped in a bathroom and kitchen remodeling place to see about a new tub installation. There were no sales people there, so they took our number and said that a sales person will call back during the week. Now what do you think a good amount of time would be for a company to call a potential customer back? How about almost a month? They just called back this afternoon. If it takes this long for a call back I can only imagine how long the installation process will take. Needless to say, we will not be requiring this company's services.
